First of all i would like to say sorry for my bad english. :roll: :bowdown:
Ok, so my question is. Could i be lucid dreaming when i think that i am not sleeping? :? I had less sleep last days, but once before sleep i did many reality checks and after one RC i realised that i was laying in my bed but i could easily breath with my nose closed. Was it WILD technique? I am so excited! And i want to say big thanks for this site for helping me to get my first lucid dream. I am going to do many reality checks this night too and i hopw that it will work :banana:

If it was a WILD the u would need to wake up after 5-6 hrs before going back to sleep and haveing your lucid dream. What you had was a DILD when you recognize you are dreaming some time into the dream.
