Almost succeeded in a WILD?
OK, well I had my first real WILD attempt last night, ( I realized I could not do it after I woke up and tried it a few times, so I have to do it at night ) and I either was doing it very, very, VERY wrong or know now why people think they are scary.
So I used the technique where you go, breath in, one, breath out, I'm dreaming, breath in, two, breath out, I'm dreaming, etc. After I got to ~100 I started getting this feeling going up my body like everything was getting REALLY, REALLY, heavy and I could barely move unless I really tried, ( sleep paralysis? ) and then I got this weird feeling like my body was being pushed and pulled to each side and that my bed was rotating in every direction. Now this is what I'm concerned about: My eyes felt like they were violently twitching and I couldn't stop it. I figured this was normal, so then I stopped counting, and sure enough it was much easier to concentrate. So I went on like that for a while... Until I kind of saw colors forming, I don't remember anything after that. Could someone give me a bit of advice? Thanks in advance!
