Hello, Newbie here!
Well not really.... I actually joined dreamviews about a year or so ago, but I got frustrated while trying to learn lucid dreaming so I havenot been here in a long time haha.
I have recently become interested in trying to LD again, this time commiting myself to it more. When I used to try to LD I skipped many steps, including any attempt to improve my dream recall, and now i have to start from scratch, but I started keeping a dream journal yesterday and I plan to follow through with all the steps this time.
I really want to become lucid and appreciate any help you guys can give!
wish me luck!:)

If you want to lucid dream regularly, then you need to stay committed.
Keep a dream journal and write down every single one of your dreams.
Even if you can't remember most of what happened, write down key words.
Good luck. :P

Aww... just like me! It's easy to lose faith when it doesn't work for you for so long... Just keep at it, you'll get there eventually!

:welcome: back. We've made some great new tutorials since you've registered, they should alleviate some of that frustration. The old ones were a little hard to understand. Remember that even though the journey to lucidity may be frustrating, once you get to a point where you are having regularly, it will have been worth it
