Hello, Newbie here!

hey everyone, as you probably know, Im new!

I have been wanting to lucid dream for about a year now but I have never really put any effort into it. I started to keep a dream journal since last wednesday and im hoping to improve my dream recall quickly so that I can have a lucid dream soon!

I hope to learn a lot from everyone on the forum and I also want to contribute as much as I can in the future.

Welcome to the forum! And don't believe anybody saying having a lucid dream is hard! It just takes some effort.
