My Dream Recall
I'm fairly new to the forums here, but i have done my reading over about a year or 2 ago.
a bit after i started researching, i managed to get a good recall of 4 dreams a week, one per night. now, i am having more trouble, although i think i am getting the hang of it again. i think it has to do with a vacation i went on, since it interfered with my sleeping patterns.
if anyone has any advice to help me improve, it would be well appreciated. any advice on lucid dreaming would be nice too. i don't get lucid dreams often, and when i did, i would wake myself up.

There is a tutorial on the subject in the tutorials database. There is little more that I can offer than what's in there. :)

So, 4 dreams a week? But 1 per night? A week is 7 days right? :? :?
Anyway I 2 am have problems with my recall, I think its because im back at school now.

I strongly reccomand keeping a dream journal. It really helps recalling. I've been keeping DJ for 9 days. Here is the statistics :
1st night : 2
2nd : 6
3rd : 2
4th : 1
5th : 9
6th : 3
7th : 5
8th : 2
9th : 7

For me, the number of dreams I remember depends on how much sleep I get and how I wake up. If I don't wake up to relaxing music, or someone wakes me up, I don't remember any dreams at all. I also need at least 8 hours. Also, waking up and then falling back asleep in the morning keeps me from remembering too.
