Lucid dreaming, even though it tends to fall under the category of 'new-age' most of the time isn't all that mystical. It's scientific fact, a number of people have actually done doctoral dissertations on the subject. Nothing mystical about it. Some more mystical stuff that you might find here are things like astral projection and out of body experiences. You can find discussion of those in the Beyond Dreaming section. to DV Stick around.

Cool! I guess from a certain point of view LD is a very scientific domain. But from my perspective, I still associate it to spirituality, especially in the people who lucid dream naturally, very often, and without trying or even knowing what it is, and all the techniques behind it. I think it has something to do with higher conciousness and acknowledging what is around you, living the moment at 100%. The higher level of spirituality one has, the more concious he becomes of his surroundings and of himself, the higher the chances he will "wake up" in his dreams, without even trying. I'll definitely find my place in the "beyond dreaming" section hehe thanks for the welcome!

The great thing about gaining control of your dreams is that you can make them anything you want. Unlike the real world, there are no rules, physical laws, or logical arguements to hold you down. Sounds like a great place to explore spiritual and mystical goals, to me
