Vibrations?

Ok, so I'm new to the forum and LD and everything. I've been reading some threads and i notice people talk about vibrations a lot. What are they?? I THINK I know what everyone is talking about, but I'm not really sure. Because last night I was attempting to WILD And I think I was almost there when I felt everything shake like I had jerked or something, and that woke me up. I know sometimes we jerk in our sleep and I was just wondering if thats what everyone is talking about or what??

Basically, they're just that; Vibrations. I'm no expert, though, so they're might be a little more to them than that. The last time I had vibrations was this past Saturday when I was DEILDing. It felt like by whole body was silently buzzing and moving up and down with my breathing.

it must have just been involuntary jerking lol because I've read somewhere that that happens when you start to go to sleep and sometimes when i sleep in class i jerk a little (i'm slightly aware of my surroundings when I sleep in class..maybe I should try to WILD in spanish LOL)
