Hey!! a few questions!

Hey everyone I am a knew member here (And plan to stick around!)
I have started lucid dreaming I think 1 1/2 years ago..

and I worked on it for about a year, then quit for about 6 months and am just now getting into it again!

anyways, I am really big into magic (I am an Illusionist/comedian)
and I love psychology!

I have read alot of resources on lucid dreaming but the main thing were I got most of my information from is this E-book titled "The Beginners Guide To Lucid Dreaming Techniques"
It seems very out of date from what you all are talking about!
if there are any better free resources out there Please can someone PM them to me.. or post any links..

welcome back! i was in the same situation a few months ago but am starting to enjoy my dreams more and have had 4 lucid dreams so far...!

mike, there's no such thing as "out-dated" i think since lucid dreaming in essence is simply an ability of your mind you unlock. any way to open a door will do!
