Last night was the first time I tried to LD, It was around 1am and I was pretty tired. From reading guides from different sites, I knew the basic outline of what I needed to do. I got really close to the transitional stage and then I started feeling sick from eating some bad cheese earlier. I immediately opened my eyes and ruined it all. My next 2 attempts, I couldn't get anywhere near as close as the first and eventually just slept normally.
My problem now, is that i've read that I need to sleep before I try to WILD, but I sleep really deeply and for an alarm to wake me up, it would most certainly wake up everyone else in the house. Can anyone think of an alternate way to wake up?
EDIT: Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that during the week, 1am isn't possible, which is why I need to have slept first to be tired enough.
