Filds

I read about Finger Induced Lucid dreams and they sound really easy for me. I usually set my alarm for 6 in the morning. I shut it off and fall back to sleep between 1-2 mins. Should I try tomarrow morning to see if it's easy or is it harder than it sounds?

I had trouble with it, but only cause I dont fall asleep easily.

The DV STaff no longer considers FILD a legitimate method. We've found that the twitching of the fingers doesn't do anything and that if it worked then you would have had a DEILD anyway.
