When I dream, like I dont think I can control it, it all seems like a blurry different reality, is this normal, or this your dream recall, so basicly I dont know if i can control it, i trieed but eh seems so hard :/ but if i ever can control it im gonna dream of swimming with penguins and hayley

It is normal, if it happens to you often, it just sounds like you have not very vivid dreams. Start a dream journal, and look at some tutorials!

Yea. A dream journal usually helps people not only remember more of their dreams, but have more vivid dreams. And a vivid dream is the first step to a DILD!

You have to learn how to realize that you are dreaming before controlling it. Check out the dream control tutorial for more information on controlling your dreams. You can't control them until you know how dreams are created.
