Fail fail, fail
Okay so I tried the alarm clock method to see if I could remember anything and of course, I didn't. I simply woke up froze and realized my head was empty before disabling the alarm. I also didn't remember anything when I woke up in the morning either. :(
Am I going to try RC's from now on during the day, maybe every half an hour or something. Does anyone have any extra tips or something?

Find some advise from me on the thread where you got this idea:http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...434#post971434

Keep at it, and try adjusting your midnight alarm time. You want to wake yourself up right after a dream, so it is fresh in your mind.
You can also try waking up in the middle of the night without an alarm. It is normal for people to wake up after every REM cycle anyways. If you can remember to notice this natural awakening, you should catch some dream memories. Tell yourself as you are falling asleep at night, "I will wake up after every dream and write it down." Then picture yourself doing just that.
Don't get frustrated. You are building new habits. It takes a little practice.

The simplest ways to get yourself to increase the chance of having a lucid dream is reality checks. Ask yourself a few times a day, or whenever you can remember, "Am I dreaming?" Grab a random book or newspaper and ask yourself again...
That and dream recall, which, if you already remember your dreams often the reality checks should trigger one pretty soon.
