Depends what you want...?
Well, maybe it will :P
Because you think of fears like this they might actually happen because you're imagining it yourself, you're actively thinking about your fear and then it manifests itself.
A while back someone posted a similair story about how he remembered thinking 'oh no now this girl that i'm gonna kiss is gonna turn into that girl from the excorsist' because he was afraid it might happen. Because he thought that, it happened. So what you have to do is rationalise it and think about the beautifull woman instead of saggy boobs.
Nice first post. Do you like ugly boobs or something?Quote:

Seriously though, snitch, perhaps if you understand a bit more about how dreams are 'created'.
Your mind/brain works on associations. Eg. red for one person means danger. For another it means love. And for yet another it means violence.
Those associations include fears, guilts, anxieties.. which is why a tormented mind would find far more nightmares than an old tibetan monk in a monastery.
So what does all that mean for that girl of yours?
It means that it depends on your belief or expectation of it.
Unfortunately you already thought of the idea of her boobs turning bad.... which already influences your expectations.
Simply don't expect it :P... I know it sounds hard, but thats what lucid dream control is all about. Takes some practice to learn how to control your mind without forcing it.
Belief it, dont force it. Expect it, dont doubt. Just do it (cliche)
So when you see her, try not to even think of the possibility of anything going wrong. Practice makes perfect :P
[EDIT]
As an added thought, consider using shortcuts to expectations... eg. make or see the air full of 'good dream' smoke or something. Or perhaps something more believable?
Take a pill that makes your dream unable to have bad experiences.
Something that increases expectation of a good confrontation
Other than that.. just forget about it. Its not a big deal, just see what happens. In that case forget everything I said, and everything you pre-conceived. :D
Ive had many fears relating to what i might be going to meet in a LD. This, just like in waking life, is overrated beliefs of what you think other peoples might think of you and so on. Ive never actually met anything scary in my LD dreams yet, and i have more fears than ive had LD to now. Maybe ive not had the time to get all logic inside one of the LD yet.
But yes the hottest tips is, stay focused on what you want, not what you dont want.
Dont say: "I wish i dont meet a scary breast women"
Say: "Oh there is the lovely breast women"
This is a real fear of mine. As i sometimes think about something yet a fear of mine winds up popping into my head and suddenly its all i can think about. I guess it will only get better with a ton of practice and alot more LD's
What ever you do, do NOT think of a pink elephant on roller skates.

Imo just trial an error, it can't be that bad if you have a few good ones and bad ones when it comes to the dreams you want.
Other than that, Placebo has an excellent post ^^^ a bit above here.
