Everyone dreams every night
A Lucid dream, or Conscious Dream, is a dream where you are aware of the dream state, while still in the dream. That is what the majority of the members of Dreamviews are here for; to learn how to have these types of dreams frequently, and use them to solve problems, live out fantasies, overcome fear, etc.
You do dream every night. You always have since you were born, just like the rest of the world. You just need help in the Dream Recall department. :) The interaction part will come when you learn how have Lucid Dreams, which we can help you do by showing you the Tutorial Section of this site. Induction techniques are there, as well as other things (Ex. the Dream Recall tutorial) that will help you on your way to Lucidity.
:welcome: , and if you have anymore questions, feel free to ask. :)
lol thanks alot=] and i know i dream every night but wanted to dream every night and remember it lol thanks
Hey, Welcome :) Just check out the tutorials and you should be just fine :D Good Luck!
You dream 4 or 5 times every night, always.
To remember them, trying laying in bed with your eyes closed after you wake up. Your dreams should come back in a minute or two.
actually, some scientists argue that you dream about 40 different dreams a night, not 1 per REM cycle. If you want to dream vividly, drink a cup or more of apple juice before going to bed. It sounds weird but it DOES work I went from no recall to about two dream recall on the first night.
I'm not sure about 40 but I have more than 5 per night. If I dream and suddenly the scene and the "storyline" changes, I think of it as a new dream, even if its the same REM cycle.
