hellohihello

Question on sleep paralysis.

Hi long time reader, first time poster here. I can never seem to go straight into sleep paralysis only partially. I lay perfectly still in a dark room, start getting dizzy and a heavy feeling creeps up my body but my heart starts racing and I try to calm down but I can't. Last night I tried on my side and it worked more, I heard the hh's but I could still move very easily after 10 minutes after the dizziness has occurred.
Also, I can never fall into sleep paralysis after I wake up from dreams to try a Wild either.

Is this just my body?

I heard of SP but 'till now, I though it wasn't a thing you wanted. What is it exactly?

Shuts down your body when you sleep so you don't act out in your dreams.

So then, why are you trying to fall into sleep paralysis. Your body will do that all by itself once you sleep.... Or...?

It induces Wild's if I remember correctly.

Oh! So I was close then! I once fallen into a weak SP like yours unvoluntearly. I just didn't know it was helpful....

Maybe your problem was that you were trying to move. You said that you could still move very easily after 10 minutes. Do not move, because that is what your brain is trying to get you to do,, it is trying to trick you to move, because it will not shut down your body to make repairs unless you are sleeping. When you move it instantly turns of SP because it knows your not sleeping. The trick is to trick your brain into thinking that you are sleeping. I know weird right?

I picture things in my mind and my body twitches. But it still is only partial. When i barely move I get the jolts, not sure what it's from.
