Dream Recall(HELP!)

My dream recall is absolutly horrible, i remember 1 dream(fully) every 2 months. So i was wondering, is there any diet I can use, a method, books, videos, movies, posts, websites, sleep charts, or anything else to help me have a better recall it would be greatly appreciated :D

try tonight, wake up about every 90 min. you should remember.

nope I went to bed at 11 last night and had a dream at 2.

i went to bed @ 11 and i forgot to turn my alarm on. but, i actually remembered a dream! :D ill post it once i have all the details in my dream journal.

start keeping a dream journal; that alone will help a lot.

When you wake up in the morning close your eyes again and start trying to drift back to sleep and after a minute or two of lying there your dream should come back to you. As soon as it does think about it for a while then get up and write it in your dream journal.

ill try that, but i always jerk my head up really fast when i wake up.
