okay i understand what lucid dreaming is, and I have been having a lot of lucid dreams lately. I don't know why, and I was also wondering is it normal to fell pain, taste food and smell while in a lucid dream? Can lucid dreaming also make you more tired? Like you haven't had any sleep what so ever? :p

Yes. Yes. and kinda sorta.
On the pain thing, don't focus on the "injury" and you should be able to stop it.

okay but that is a problem...I know I'm lucid dreaming but I can't control it..it's like watching a moive in my head. Like I'm watching and commenting, but can't do anything about it...

There is a section on dream control.
Last night when I had my first controlled Lucid Dream, I just did a Reality Check (pinched my nose to see if I could breathe) and said " oh look I am dreaming" and walked up out of my bed and explored a little bit.
