Dream Recall Help =\

I have read the section on dream recall, where it says that I must wake up several times in the night and record my dreams. I really want to get into lucid dreaming, but I dont want to have to interrupt my sleeping, which often leaves me very tired the folowing day. So is it ok for me to just record what I remember in the morning? Or is that a worse way to do it, as stated in the article?

Or... if there are any other methods you may know about which would help me, please post it! That would be great!

You don't actually have to wake up in the middle of the night to record a dream. You can wait until you actually wake up.

Just be sure to write down the important things first before trying to write down the entire dream.

What slayer said. You only need to do it when you wake up in the morning. That's what I do and I have plenty of LDs. Welcome!!!
