Newbie In Da House.

alright well...how does it really feel to lucid dream?

here are my questions:

-when you sleep, you just sleep right? and then you get to the dreaming part where you can control your dreams?
-when you reailize your in a dream and someone is running after you and is trying to kill you, what do you ? like how can you make what you want happen? what if you have no control whatsoever?
-after you wake up, do you automatically know you've been in a dream and remember it all? that happens to me most of the time. i wake up and remember my dream but i can't contol it.

Firstly Welcome to Dreamviews,

The First thing you need to do my Friend is To Start a healthy habit of keeping a dream journal with you and record as many and as much details od your dreams as possible...for if you have a lucid Dream and you Have poor recall you may wake up with no recolection of the great times you had no...:)

when you wake up try not to move and try and think of any tiny bit of dreams you remember from the night,,you'll find like most people that if you move and wake yourself up properly that alot of your dream recollection can fade so spend some time affirming in your mind what you remember...Trust me a Dream Journal helps 100% and also do Reality checks Throughout the day as often as you can..

Dreamviews has a vast array of tutorials to help you with anything and we are all kind of a family here and you will find most of us are more than willing to help..

as for controling your dream...you can do anything..but in dreams if you believe a wall is solid it will be if you believe in the impossibility to fly then you shall remain grounded..

you have to let it all go..fear,doubt,disbelief.....Free your mind

1) When you sleep, you start to dream. Getting to the part where you control your dreams is all based on if you realize your dreaming.
2) If someone is running at you and you have control of your dream, you do want you want. If you want the guy to come after you, let him, if you want to blow him up, go ahead and do that. If you don't have control, your brain does whatever it wants you to do.
3) This is dream recall. Awesome how you can remember all of a dream, most people have troubles remember dreams. Do some reality checks and keep a dream journal to remember more dreams and sooner or later you'll start to be able to control your dreams and do whatever it is you want.

hehe thx again:boogie: anyways as for my hope to get a good dream I had a crappy one. OMG I was in religion class with my friend,mom and priest lmao. Priest was mad I didn't do any homework and then my other dream I was using this nasty bathroom with no flush and toilet paper. ;( I'll try doing reality checks next time x) and transport myself to a spa.
