how often do you guys LD?

well yeah the questions right there. is it possible to train yourself to do it every night? i heard some people saying they hadnt LDed in like a year. its too amazing not to do it for a year. so yeah anyway how often guys?

Hi. welcome to the form. As for your question, it depends on the person. Sometimes no matter how hard you try, a Lucid drema just wont happen. But you can train yourslef to do it several times a week.

that whould be a good poll question "hint hint" i say get about 1 every couples mounths but im getting better :)

You can even train yourself to have it every night. But as barbizzle said, it differs from person to person how long time it takes to get to that level. But its worth every training minute you do.
