is it possible to wild as soon as you go to bed?
because i was thinking that if u could wild during a nap mid-day then why cant you do it as soon as you go to bed...
or is there something that doesn't allow it to happen?

It is possible.
Extremlely hard to do though.
as soon as you go to bed? possible but very unlikely. it mostly depends on you. when you go to bed usually your too tired to maintain concentration to enter sp and all that, and WILD's depend on you staying awake to some degree.
Hi :) Let me explain why its easier to have WILDs with naps then ti is durring sleep. It is possible to get into a WILD as soon as you go to bed at night, but it is much harder then when you are napping. It has to do with your sleep cycle. When you go to be at night, it takes a full three hours before you ever reach REM sleep. The rest of the time before that is an NREM cycle that gets your body into a deep resting state where your body and mind can grow and heal its self. Thus, waking up from your sleep after the first three hours is roccomended. After you wake up, you can go to sleep and enter right into your REM cycle dream.
Durring naps, you donnot have the NREM cycle. You enter right into REM. Napping sleep is biologicly differernt from Night time sleep. In your Naps, your mind is not in as deep a sleep, thus it is eaiser to connect with your concious mind. :D
This is usually up to debate. You can dream during NREM and during REM, so there's not requirement for a specific stage of sleep. Generally, people can fall asleep easier and faster if they've already been sleeping a bit, if you're one of those people who takes an hour to fall asleep while now imagine doing it while intentionally remaining conscious.
Lots of people can't WILD at all. It's probably easiest if you're already proficient at WILDing before you try to do it from the start. It's easiest to do it once you've been sleeping because you can DEILD, your REM periods will be longer and closer together, you'll already be sleepy, and if you do a WBTB you an do some brain flooding with lucid dreaming thoughts and the effort can serve as autosuggestion, etc. etc. etc.
I think it's definitely possible, probably just slightly more difficult. But eh, I have enough trouble WILDing as is :oops:
