hi all. can i get a ld in a nap in just two hours of sleep and would music (ambient) mess me up or help me. thx (i must have some sound to get to sleep. if not i cant relax my mind)

Hey.Lucids during naps are quite common. I don't know about the music, but I doubt it would ruin or better your chances at getting lucid.
I just tried a WILD. Slept for only an hour, and had a normal dream...very boring! Was listenning to music via an MP3 player.
I think not. I listen to music to fall asleep all the time and still get lucid. Have you got a playlist? Maybe try not to make it the entire length of your nap, just enough to get you to fall asleep. If you listen to the same music long enough, you get sleepy as soon as it starts playing in the proper order so it doesn't have to be very long anyway, or at least that's how it is for me.
