Hey, I WILDed!
After an involuntary WBTB (my son woke up and insisted on sleeping in my bed) I had a sequence of quite vivid dreams which I remember clearly due to being woken up by him regularly. After three of those dreamlets I slipped imperceptibly into a dream which I realized was a dream. It didn't last long and was interrupted by my son saying "Pingu!" :-D but I got there! Cool!

Congrats! I can't seem to WILD. Did you experience SP? What was it like for you? I got all the way to HI and then for some reason slipped back.

Congrats on your LD i'm sorry your son woke you up.
Just like paradox I cant manage to get a WILD either but i'm not giving up yet!

My WILD was accidental if anything, and it was a rapid and fluid transition from being awake to being aware in the dream. No SP, nothing like that. Since I have never WILDed before, I may not even have experienced a WILD - it may have been a false awakening which shifted into a dream which made me aware of I was dreaming, thus making it a rather cheeky DILD. Whatever it was, it happened - and the next night I had not one, but two vivid and stable DILDs to prove that I can actually do it.
I'm amazed at how quickly you can inmprove if you set your mind to it. Only two weeks ago, my dream recall was effectively nil. Now, I remember at least one dream a night and have had three LDs so far.
