Just what happend?

Alright, so after constantly reading these forums I finally decided to join. :)

Last night I had a long nap but I guess I fell asleep too early and woke up around 1AM (I probably slept for a good 4/5 hours too). I was too tired to do anything so I tried sleeping again and before I knew it I was dreaming. I don't recall how exactly it happened but I became lucid after doing a few breathing RCs.

Suddenly after becoming fully lucid (As in I pretty much had full conscious thoughts) I couldn't move anything but my arms/hands (I also felt like I was laying down, like I was when I fell asleep). There wasn't really anything I could do but look at this red valve in front of me. I could put my hand on it and feel it but the rest of my body was basicly "nonexistent" (Couldn't really move my head to see anyway). I woke up soon after. That whole Lucid experience lasted no more than 10 seconds.

Any ideas on what went wrong or is it just one of those things that can happen? I'm assuming I woke up because I tried too hard to change the environment (Spinning just blurred everything but nothing changed. Of course, I don't even know how I was able to spin in the first place lol).

It didn't bother me too much though, I fell right back into another lucid dream after another random breathing RC.
