Thread: hey people

After reading about it a while ago(and watching certain star trek voyager episodes) i got interested in lucid dreaming. I was so jealous of people who had experienced this. I have amazing dreams sometimes and they are really cool but it would make it much better if I could control aspects of it.

I gave up trying to force myself to lucid dream and got on with my life. but the other day I was dreaming and suddenly in my dream i was "threatened" and I remember thinking "hang on a minute, you are not real, I am dreaming this" and being 100% certain that it was a dream. Then i decided to test my theory and I made a cute girl who i recently met at a course appear infront of me and then i started kissing her :p the whole experience didnt last very long perhaps 30 seconds or so in my perception of time but it was great finally varifying it myself.

I tend not to believe this sort of thin unless I experience it myself, you know like people claim to have seen ghosts or jesus or aliens and stuff. But I am finally glad to have popped my lucid dreaming cherry.

I hope to browse these forums to give me some cool scenario ideas in the future
