Hello there!
Um...hello everyone. My name is Contastrophy...and I'm here.. to dream. Well, no. Not to dream, to lucid dream. Which I recently learned is apparently different than normal dreaming. I've just gotten a dream journal, and I'm hoping to get at least 10 good recalls before I start lucid attempts. If anyone has any suggestions, that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

:welcome: to dream views! as for your recalls, You need to remeber that the first thing you do when you get up is recall, and if you dont have time just right down key words and it will all come back to you when you read it later.

Wake back to bed works the best.
Wake up about 4-6 hours after you fall asleep and go back to sleep. It's easier to realize you're dreaming but they don't last too long. Good for starting.
