i think that this is mabey a new technique
well what i did was i was at my friends house and i wook up at around 11ish in the morning. i then decided hey why not try a WILD. so i layed there still but unfortuneatlly i forgot to think with my mind and i fell asleep. but i fell asleep for only a short time and i was lucid then just for a bit. but that isent what my technique is. when i realized i was dreaming i wook up :( but when i wook up i dident move a muscel and just kept my eyes closed wondering if it was just a WBTB.
i decided to forget about getting up and doing a reality cheak and just sit there still realy still from when i wook up. all of the sudden i started hearing baining coming from my door. just sudden bang bang, then it stoped. i herd some people talking, well wispering in my ear. i then started to wonder am i in SP... i tried not to get to exited and just think that this is all in my head and none of this can harm me. then the wispering stoped and the baning. the only thing i herd was my friend was snoring. i thought that mabey i moved an inch. but then all of the sudden when my gaured was down a huge bang started on the door. i felt a jolt of somthing go right down my body the baning then stoped i herd no more wispering, but my friend was still snoring :(. when i got up i did the reality cheaks and confirmed i wasent dreaming. i tried to preform a WILD again but i was to exited and i came up here to post this. so is this a new form of WILD waking up without moving and keeping your eyes closed... or do you guys think it was fake and just someone was talking upstairs and someone was banging on my door to scare me.
