Every time I try to wild I get an urge to just twitch after about 50 breaths even in a comfortable position. Does anyone have any tips to get past this? A lot of times I don't even move on purpose I just do. And this also distracts my mind and wakes me up more :\
The same thing happens to me.
The twitches are normal. So the only thing you can do is to try ignoring them.
Bonsay is right. If you want to WILD, you have to take your mind off the twitches and focus it 100% on your breath. Become the breath and your body will eventually go numb.
Alright, well here's something I kinda don't understand. A lot of places say that you go numb after about 300 breaths. But I get a kind of feeling like that but its more tingly after sometimes 50-120 breaths then I think this is weird and it goes away. Is that the same feeling as numbness? Usually during the tingly part I feel the urge to twitch or otherwise after it.Quote:
