How to Clear your Mind
Yesterday, I was trying a WILD with my new Ear Ringing technique. The main problem with it is that you have to be really focused on the sound to hear it. It was OK for a while, for then thoughts kept popping into my head and it felt impossible to concentrate. Is there any way, or quick form of easy meditation to stop myself from getting distracted?

It takes quite a bit of discipline, yes, but its possible.
Maybe you should work on a mnemonic phrase, since that is a bit of practice. You have to be focused on the phrase, and that might help you focus on the sounds.

start at your third eye then in a "ripple-like" effect imagine your head getting heavier (try to visualize the ripple goin over your body)then your neck and so on..just try not to get in a rush like everyone else says if you put too much thought into it failure is certain. :)

When I WILD I simply count "one" as I breathe in and "two" as I breathe out. I just repeat those two numbers over and over. To keep me from having a wandering mind I picture the shape of the numbers as I say them. Maybe something similar will help you?
