      Is this even possible?

This was my second lucid dream....I guess.
It started as a plain old dream, that I really thought was reality, I was back at science camp with my friends. First I go jogging with my friend (Who in my dream is a vampire) then after dinner (I'll skip that) I go into my cabin and I suggest to my friend who easily attains lucidity if she wanted to try to go lucid tonight. I attain lucidity in my non-lucid dream in a dream, weird. The lucidity only lasts like two seconds and then its morning in my dream. At night we try to become lucid again and we succeed at going to the north pole , I manage to summon up a couple people and then I wake up again to my dream. Then everything goes crazy because I attempt two lucid dreams in one "night" so then I happen to abuse lucidity in my non-lucid dream.

It is very possible to have a false lucid dream where you are lucid in a non-lucid. I don't think it is possible to abuse lucidity...ha.

Dreams are dream, So if you have an LD in a dream... well i think that would count all that matters is if it FELT like an LD. if it did, then count it.

That is great! A lucid dream within a dream. I actually like to "fall asleep" in lucid dreams because it sometimes helps me change dream scenes or get control of a LD that has totally gone awry.

I think I've had something like this aswell, a LD in a non LD. I guess it's not a real LD.

I had that sort of thing happen to me two nights ago, I was having some really crazy dreams, and in one I suddenly thought; "Wait, this is completely wrong. It can't be real, I must be dreaming." But then, instead of thinking logically and choosing to do something, like flying, I tried to control one of the dream characters, then it was a major struggle to move. Then, I think I woke up, but I'm just not sure.
I didn't feel very lucid in the dream, but I told myself I was dreaming. It was a sort of a non-lucid, lucid dream. And my mind didn't come up with any logical thoughts after realising I was dreaming, so I don't think I was lucid at all.
So, still no official lucid dreams for me yet
Yeah, see my avatar? That's me. Painted as a clown. For an art project. But all my friends say it doesn't look anything like my usual self, which is true. ^.^
