another lucid two now!

i "woke up" at the foot of my bed and thought i was asleep but realized i wasnt asleep when i saw leaves on the ground so i tried to breath through my nose and did. i tried several times and even rubbed my hands once. (first time doing any rc in a dream)it was so real i was standing in the middle of the woods! i remember i tried to fly but it was so real i couldnt do anything but walk. i remember now seeing in the corner of my eye the tattoo on my hand when i rubbed them together. didnt look directly at my hands though. this seemed allot different from my other lucid. it seemed more like an obe. my other lucid looked kinda like a 3d cartoon. i had a false awakening. it felt like i was peeling myself from myself. although i didnt look back at my body. i couldnt believe that i was able to breath through my nose like that i did it twice because at first it seemed like maybe i wasnt pinching hard enough or something...idk. i also remember that i kept lookin off into some tall grass to my left for a lion...wasnt very afraid though more like a little paranoid...my mind even tricked me into feeling a breeze and hearing leaves rustling around...omg! sorry if this is choppy i jerked out of the bed and now im typing this on my laptop so im still "fresh" if ya know wut i mean. this one seemed like it lasted 2 or 3 mins unlike my first that lasted only like 30 sec. i cant get over how real it was:eek:<---wut i felt like lol:boogie:

one quick question: I felt like my bed was the center of the dream;would it help "stabalize" the dream if i turned around and focused on the bed? i dont really remember when i snapped out of the dream

Just like any lucid dream, whatever you focus on should help stabilize you. Did you try to focus on things besides the bed?
In this context an OBE is just a dream. Either way, awesome job with the LD.

i was really focused onthe tall grass (watching for that pesky lion) but there was a really positive and comfortable feeling surounding the dream. i was pretty focused on the inhaling through my nose too...and the leaves....and the breeze..lol next time ill try to make an effort to focus on a few things. (analyze 'em) Its funny how those rc's work so well :)
