When I dream..
When I lucid dream, or it could just be a normal dream, I can't feel anything.
I have no idea what people are talking about when they say "I could actually feel the suns warmth"
And in my dreams theres no noise. Ever. If I do hear something, or say something, it would be really rare. If I do chance to say something I usually shout like I'm angry at that person.
Maybe its just the theme that I have? Does anyone else have something else like this?

I rarely talk to anyone and if I do its like talking in the mind voice to them. When lucid I sometimes try to shout and cant. I dont think I hear anything unless its a loud noise. You have got me thinking now too. Maybe its a passive thought of sound since it is in our mind and we are creating the dream.

Ah! Yes, I think you are right with the mind voice. They re act as if youu have talked, but youu haven't. Or at least youu don't remember/hear yourself..

Most of my non-lucid dreams are vision, and sometimes sounds. Occasionally there will be senses like touch, and taste, but they are rarer. However, in a lucid dream if you do something while focusing on the sensation, it's fairly easy to cause yourself to perceive it. So if you touch something going "hmm I wonder what this texture is" or go "Wow, I'm standing on the top of Mt. Everest, it must be cold!" and you focus on that, you should feel those sensations.

I find doing that stuff really difficult, I doubt I will ever do it.

If you practice in real life, focusing on small changes in sensations and how things are around you, such as objects being moved, you will be able to do it. Being able to notice things out of place or different than they were in the past is a key element to developing the ability to have lucid dreams.
