Hi, I'm metanoid and I'm happy to have found a forum dedicated to lucid dreaming.

I am interested in consciousness, altered states of consciousness, metaphysics, and general curiosity and adventures of the mind and body.

I've been an on-and-off lucid dreamer for many years but wish now to refine my dreamlife recall and control so as to explore more the mysterious and mind-bending realms of the dream-time.

I look forward to scoping out the content of the forum and getting to know you fellow dreamers and learning from you and sharing with you.
