I wouldn't recommend it. You will hallucinate after three days of no sleep. It is not worth it, especially if you are in school.
Besides. If you don't get enough sleep, your body will go into NREM rebound (not REM rebound). So you'd have less dreams for that night.
well there i dont think there are any that ONLY work when you are tired, but i think there are ones which work best when tired (but not too tired) for example, i think WILD works good if you are tired so that your body can fall asleep easily enough, but you cant be too tired, because you dont want your mind to fall asleep.

If you happen to be tired though, I'd recommend WILDing.
I didn't mean 3 days, I meant more like 16-18 hours of being awake. Then you're eyes starts vibrating every three seconds, and you can't hold you're head up. I meant that tired.
