RC practice
I am going to try and get myself into the routine of doing RC's all throughout the day, everyday, so that it will become a habit.
I have read that doing this will make it easier to do when I'm dreaming. I only know of one common dream sign of mine and that is deformation of people's faces (like I know who they are or who they are supposed to be, but there faces are just a white/grey blur).
I'm not sure on what type of question I should use for my RC. Somewhere I read that it should not be a yes/no question. I was thinking of "How do I know this is real?" or "How do I know I'm dreaming?"......is there a better way to ask an RC question?

I'd go with "How do I know I'm dreaming?". Asking just plain yes/no questions works, but to analyze the situation is even better. It gets you in the dream state of mind, which is the right place to be. :)

You could try doing something like photoshopping and printing out pictures, then leaving them around to cue you to RC. Something like http://i36.photobucket.com/albums/e2...ld/blurred.jpg
This is what I do when I RC maybe it'll help you think of something.

Thank you Shift! I really like that idea with the photograph, a physical visual replica of my dream sign....:goodidea:
I do have another question (hoping its's okay I add it to this thread), when I WILD and my body goes through its "change", should my mind still be completely awake or should I be in a partial dream state? I'm not sure what sort of "mental" feeling I should have once my body is asleep.
Something I would like to attempt is an OBE and I was reading Clairity's post on lucidity tips, but how would I know it's time to attempt "rolling" out of my body? I don't want to try it at the wrong time and wake my body accidentally. I know I should just go by trial and error, but it can be exhausting trying this multiple times in a night.
