unwanted twitching help

So yea the past two times I have been comming really close to WILD'ing except right before I do one of my arms twitchs. When I say twitchs it go's up in the air out of no where and I end up waking up alot because of it. I know I was close to getting into SP but is this the reason I twitch so bad? It happened to me 2 or 3 times last night and once 2 nights before. I'm getting really close to SP (num body, vibrations, a few images) but it seems soon after that I twitch and am pretty much back at the start. I'm thinking its maybe because when I relax counting down breaths (was counting down from 300) I focus on relaxing my whole body pieces at a time, maybe I should not focus on my arms? The first time the twitch happened last night it woke me alot (so i figured to do a RC and it was still awake so not a FA), but then after my 2nd attempt to WILD right after I just tried to ignore it when it happened but its really hard to because my arms end up going so high that it readjusts the position they were and causes me to feel a little uncomfortable. So does anyone have any idea what's going on or how I could work around it? O yea and for the past week I've been trying to WILD this has never happened, I'll twitch this bad in class or something when I'm trying to sleep in it but other than that this is really new, maybe it means I am getting closer to WILD.

Have you been reality checking after this 'ruins' your WILD attempts?? ;)

I've been having the exact same problem and it's really bothering me as well... i'd love to now how to overcome this

i had a thread on here about my eyes twitching really hard. it wakes me up too. i hear that you just have to try and ignore it. its just your body testing you.and if you convince your body that your asleep then you will dive into sp then ld. :) just try to ignore it. and put your arm in such a position that it wont matter if it moves. you gotta stay comfy or you wont be relaxed if your not relaxed and comfy you will fail.

I did do a RC the 1st time, then the next time after that I really dont remember that well so maybe I should have? And idk it goes what feels like a foot in the air so I'll just have to focus on ignoring it
