So I've been trying to WILD sometimes and the last time I tried pretending to talk to my subconscious as an anchor (read this in a thread here). It seemed to be working but when I was about to SP (felt the "wave") it was like I was being pulled really hard and my eyelids were flickering like hell. So I failed. Any tips on how to avoid this?
Maybe try wearing a sleeping mask to keep your eyes shut. That's the only thing I can think of.
Many people experince random body twitching at the stage you described. The only thing you can do is keep at it, and just work through it. Let your body move a tiny bit if it needs to to be comfortable. Just tell yourself that it is not a big deal, and dont fight it. It yoru eyes open, then so what? Close them again and let your body do the work, you just try to remain aware :)
