Will this help?!
Hey guys. Will listening to classic music in bed just before sleeping will help to have lucid dreams? I mean, it relaxes me and everything....will it help or not?
Cheers

I don't think that music induces lucid dreams. The only effect I can see it having is soothing you and helping you to sleep quicker than usual. There's no harm in trying though ^.^

I think music DO affects inducing dreams. I hear in two parts that have a type of music helped. I don't remember the name right now.

Are you sure that you're not talking about frequencies rather than actual music? I do know that some people listen to certain frequencies which better enables them to lucid dream, though I've never tried it myself.

I'm not really sure. :? don't trust me anyway, I don't know about this, I only read that.

I'm not sure about classical music, but I had my best lucid dream when I went to bed listening to a file of just white noise (a vacuum cleaner). However, after that night it didn't help at all. It just made me fall asleep faster. I can't go to sleep with any sound around me except for white noise so I can't really test the classical music idea.

Anything that makes you feel relaxed and keeps you aware of your surroundings will work. If classical music is your thing, then go with it. Its differernt for everbody :)
