Hello hi hello !
This is how most of us got our first Lucid Dream and either came to this site or learned from this site. I reccomend this for a beginner.

http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...ad.php?t=64626 is called a wake back to bed. It complements the DILD nicely :)
Not sure how old you are but if you are in school I would do the WBTB on the weekends so you don't miss sleep! Most likely you won't be lucid every night. Or even every week. But once you get the hang of lucid dreams
http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...ad.php?t=62769 with this you can have many lucids in one night after you have a DILD. You may get Rem atonia. Aka sleep paralysis (it's not the same but people call it that ). It can be sort of frightening your first time as you get hallucinations.
And we have a tutorial for that!

Good luck and happy Lucid Dreams! ( they may be kind of hazy at first or they are fading your first couple of times. You can stabilize by spinning/rubbing your hands.. or my favorite, focusing on something.)
End information.
Welcome to Dreamviews.
Take a look at the tutorials, they help alot.
Good Luck
