Can i do a reality check with a non-beeping watch?

you know...just casually checking it during the day. what do you do when you do a rc?

With a watch just look at the time look away then look back.. It should change or be hard to read.

Ask yourself if you are dreaming.. Study the area around you, could it be a dream world?

You certainly can, just make sure not to neglect learning to become aware. Habitual RCs are good, but are not good as a complete replacement for indepth RCs.
