Are you only trying hypnotism at the moment, sorry if ive missed your introduction if you posted one, are you a natured lucid dreamer, or trying to get them now?
Dream journal, recognising dream signs, reality checks may be more useful for starting that hypnotism, still all positive dreaming tools though!

Well ignore all that if you alread dream lucid :tongue:
