I dunno

..
ok so the question mark was a typo after "im new here?"

Sometimes the dream starts to end and fade in and out and all you need to do is stay still and keep your eyes closed. You go back into the dream most of the time. It is called a DEILD. Check out the tutorial on it.

yeah like I tell everyone on here and like eppy said....its about keeping your body still and your mind clear, in fact, forget your physical body all together and focus focus focus!!
You can tell and trick your mind into anything, including prolonging a dream.
just believe.....:shock::shock::shock:

Welcome to dreamviews Noddy. :D
Lucid Dreams are certainly a unique experience. Just keep practicing, as stated above you can trick your mind into anything whilst in a dream. So long as you believe it will happen, it will! This includes clarity, making things happen in a dream, and even prolonging dreams! (Though the last one can only be pushed so far) And last but not least, never get discouraged! No matter how easy/difficult it is learning how to control dreams, lucid dream, etc. just keep at it. If you ever need a refresher or inspiration, you have these forums to look too. :)

Hey Noddy, welcome :) Here's the Acronym List and the Dictionary, which should help explain some of the terms to you. Also, in regards to keeping yourself in a dream, check out this dream stabilization tutorial, it should also give you some basic info. Let me know if you've got any more questions! :)
