I'm back!
:) A few years ago I had a dream diary and was practicing becoming lucid. I even had some success, but for some reason I stopped doing it.
A few days ago I had a terrible nightmare where I had an awful fight with my Dad. This and along with seeing a documentary on the Human brain on Discovery channel has once again sparked my motivation to practice lucid dreaming. *^^*
I have a new Dream Diary, and started recording dreams last night.
Wish me Luck! I'm off to sleep now haha.

great! so last night went well. I recorded 2 dreams, one if them in great detail.
- one thing I'm not sure about.
where does one dream end, and the other begin? Do you need to wake and go back to sleep for the dreams to be seperate? often I seperate my dreams, becuase the have that "next day feeling" from the last dream.

Dream intervals can sometimes be indistinguishable to the dreamer. I assume you get better at determining the lines from one to the next over time.

Yay, it's cool that you came back ^.^
I've never really thought about what happens as one dream ends and another begins, though I've always been able to distinguish one dream from another. I can just tell =/
