Hey!

I was referred to this site by my little brother, so I pursued to get more information by reading all the articles and FAQs from this website. I found all of this very interesting as I actually experienced lucid dreaming by fluke when I was a little younger. but now I'm going all out by acquiring more information and reading recent experiences through Journals and general LD experiences from the General Discussion section.

After about 2-3 weeks of trying, I've actually encountered my first true LD last night! In short, I ended up becoming lucid in my old bedroom by doing an hand RC and I noticed that I had 6 fingers, so I knew I was dreaming. Then from there, it was all about using all 5 senses to widen my experience. The main thing I needed to work on was my dream control which I clearly lacked in my LD last night, It was pretty embarrassing. I have a nice collection of Die cast Car models, I was trying to show my a DC (who was actually my little brother) that I could move my die cast model through telekinesis. It was a failed attempt. Hehe.

..Anyway, that's my main task at the moment! Before I hopped aboard these forums, I was enjoying reading the Journals of the members here, especially Oneironaut's and Ninja's! Very entertaining stuff! :D I hope to get some exciting LDs in the near future!
