I've noticed that alot of tutorial for like the Mnemonic technique alwasy something like "When you see a talking billy goat, you'll know that you're dreaming and become lucid", but is this exactly what the MILD technique causes you to do? Because i have some freaky shit in my dreams and i've never thought "Wait a sec, this must be a dream!".
