So I've noticed some "dream signs" now what?

So I've been attempting to have lucid dreams for about a month now...to no avail. I mean, it hasn't been totally useless...I have better dream recal and more vivid dreams and I've noticed quite a few dream signs...but im not sure what im supposed to do with them, they are as follows...at least the most common ones
- Toilets, usually really gross/overflowing..or in a stall without a door
- Elevators, usually not working, falling down the shaft...randomly opening doors
- Hospitals, in most cases I will be in a school like building, turn a corner, and end up in a zombie like hospital
- Crane games, I've just noticed this one today but I realize that I'll often has dreams about those stuffed animal/toy machines...the ones you catch with the little metal claw and crane? They usually have like..ridiculously awesome stuff mixed in with the animals and I often try to break into them/steal stuff without being caught

So now that I can notice these dream signs....what am I supposed to do with them?

Well, whenever you notice any of these things, or anything that could relate to one of them, do a reality check. By doing this constantly enough, (hopefully) the habit will drift over to the dream world, and when you start to see one of those items in the dream, you'll be reminded to do a reality check. This time, the effect of the RC will be something impossible, in real life at least, and you'll know that you're dreaming.

- Toilets, usually really gross/overflowing..or in a stall without a door reality check when you see toilets, toilet paper, think of needing to use a bathroom, think of bathrooms, see bathroom doors, generally think of the concept of a bathroom
- Elevators, usually not working, falling down the shaft...randomly opening doors reality check when you see or think of elevators, stairs, vertical movement, escalators, ladders, anything involving the notion of rising and falling, and the concept of elevators
- Hospitals, in most cases I will be in a school like building, turn a corner, and end up in a zombie like hospitalEspecially if you're at school, reality check whenever you recognize that you are in a hallway that reminds you of a hospital. Reality check to the thought of medicine, doctors, bandaids, nurses, shitty commercials on TV for viagra, etc. Leave bandaids around, stuff like that to remind you of hospitals and to RC

Maybe even get some little stuffed animals and leave them around to prompt you to RC

I have a similar issue- I have a list of dreamsigns, however the only one which makes me do an RC is when I'm flying. I only notice the others once I wake up and recall the dream.
