      Dry spell

      OK so as mentioned i am having a major dry spell of lucids, and dreams in general. Mainly due to medication i am taking that promotes deep sleep. As someone who has had many conscious dreams in the past, what can i do to promote lucids?? I have tried everything... the med's just put me out cold. It sucks. Help!!!

      Do try the methods in the tutorial mentioned above, but if it is the meds - am I pointing out the obvious by saying it may be best to try when your meds course is up?
