Awaken REM
I Tried to preform a Wild/dield , then i got a extremly fast ReM i was awaken but i was motionless(not sleep paralyize) , i could see something blue flying around(some people say they say it in thier vision) ,but the REM was too fast i keep open my eye lightly then it stopped for a while then another one came but it was not too fast i saw the blue thing again like it pulling me towards it i saw trying to concentrate i opened my eyes then its finished...
Questions(please help me)
Is It Harmful To Have Awaken REM?
Can I Enter A Dream While Awaken REM?
(if i can how and how i get into this state and what i must do when i see the blue thing)
thanks...

It's not harmful to wake during the REM cycle.
A combination of the WBTB technique and the WILD would allow you to enter a dream during your REM period. Attempt the WILD after you wake up.
Here are tutorial pages for each technique:

thanks but it iam this state and iam not paralyzed i will move during dream right?

Because of the SP, you don't move in REM sleep, fortunately.
If you were to move during REM it would be dangerous for your body, being that most of our dreams(and usually our very vivid dreams) occur during REM sleep. Our body becomes paralyzed to prevent the body from acting out any motions it may be experiencing during a dream, for safety reasons.

If you're not concentrating too hard and you don't get distracted by the hypnagogic hallucinations, you should.

Yes, if you can wake up during REM and recognize it right away, you can do what we call a DEILD and go right bacjk into a lucid dream. That blue thing you saw floating around was part of your dream. Your brain stays dreaming even after you wake up and sometimes you see things that don't exist. IO once saw a pink balloon elephant floating around, I watched it for over a minute. It was one of the coolest things I've ever seen.

Sounds pretty cool!
As a side note, we really do value proper spelling and grammar here at DV, including proper capitalization and punctuation if at all possible. We very much appreciate your efforts to make your posts more easily readable, as this makes it easier for us to answer your questions and help you on your way to a lucid dream. Thanks.
