Hello everyone!
Im just starting out with lucid dreaming and ive already had a few but now i have a problema about WILDing. I can successfully WILD from time to time but a thing thats really annoying is that i keep doing some weird twitch like every 10 minute which makes WILDing quite a lot more difficult. I only have theese twitches when im trying to relax.
So... any ideas for it to stop?

I get this to, i think its just your body falling asleep but i'm not sure
Yeah its quite annoying, WILDing for me takes like an hour but i guess it would go quicker if i didnt twitch or what you think?Quote:

I think its all down to mood in my case because the other day i was really happy and i got straight into sleep paralysis after 5 mins but i had to swallow so i gave up but i think the twitches make it almost impossible so my advice would be try a new method such as MILD or DILD hope this helps mate
its your brain testing if your body is asleep. Try your best to not move and if you do twitch, just continue with WILD and completely ignore that sensation.
