Ive had 2 lucids before, but its been like a month and half since my last one and I've been making serious efforts to have one. I heard its good to just take a break after a while. Should i just stop doing lucid induction techniques for a few days and forget about it? Should i just take a break?
I wouldn't since you've only had two and might lose interest or forget about it. Rather, I'd try a different approach or try to improve what you ARE doing, since it was able to work a couple of times.
Sometimes you do have lucid dreams during hiatus, but it's best to keep with it for a while since you've only had a few.
